Casey Lee Phillips serves as the Housing Director and Certified Peer Support Caseworker at Re-Enlist to Life, overseeing daily campus operations, resident stability, and facility readiness. Bringing eight years of dedicated leadership in the United States Marine Corps, Casey blends operational discipline with empathetic peer-to-peer mentorship, ensuring the residential community remains safe, structured, and mission-focused.

During his military career, Casey served as a Ground Anti-Tank Section Leader with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines, and as an Assistant Operations Chief at the School of Infantry–West (SOI-West). Managing multi-million-dollar equipment inventories, supervising facility safety, and serving as a Range Safety Officer instilled in him an uncompromising standard for risk mitigation, crisis response, and accountability. At Re-Enlist to Life, Casey translates this high-level operational experience into active property and resident management; maintaining strict environmental safety standards, coordinating daily logistics, and fostering an atmosphere where accountability and mutual respect thrive.

Complementing his tactical background, Casey holds credentials as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT-B) and brings specialized healthcare experience as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technologist. This blend of emergency response and clinical exposure equips him to recognize early signs of distress, de-escalate complex behavioral challenges, and provide grounded, trauma-informed support to veterans walking the path of reintegration.

Originally from York, South Carolina, Casey is driven by a deep commitment to teamwork and building genuine, lasting connections. He approaches his role not merely as facility oversight, but as an active guardianship of the community’s shared culture. Outside of his work on campus, Casey is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, exploring the desert landscapes, and cooking for friends and family.
